They want to raise an additional £100,000 on top of the property's value and donate 10 per cent of all ticket sales to the Severn Hospice in Shrewsbury, which has cared for several of their family members and friends.
The new owners will enjoy scenic views and plenty of space. What's more, the Chalenors are throwing in all the furniture too. Top features include a four-oven Aga, an oak garden room and a solid wood kitchen. A hot tub and ride-on mower are also included in the prize.
